Clean place with exceptionally good view over the sea. Absolutely amazing staff, relaxing grand suite. Perfectly located hotel close to Burj Al Arab, Jumeira Beach Property, Water Park, the centre and 2 different restaurants. Nice services, the free parking was available nearby. The pool area was heated too.

I loved my time here because it was just a short walk to Al Barsha Pond Park, where I enjoyed peaceful strolls, and about 1 km to the Dubai Moving Image Museum, which has fascinating exhibits. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

We had a really really nice stay on holiday.
The staff were attentive and knew how to help. The rooms were reasonably large and recently renovated and had a modern layout.

Amazing hotel with very good wi-fi, the location was awesome in Venue's restaurants. The hotel was perfectly located next to kite beach and mall of emirates and all the major malls and landmarks.

The best thing is the attention of the staff. They're on top of everything at all times. The location is good because the subway is at the door, but it's far from the center. The apartments are new and well equipped.
The cleaning wasn't very good. Towels were always left behind and we had to claim them.

The best thing is the service. They're very attentive at all times to anything you need. The hall is very big and beautiful, the facilities are perfectly maintained and clean.
In our room, neither the microwave nor the door to the balcony worked, but we didn't use it either, so we didn't complain, I'm sure they would have changed our room without any problem. So no harm done to the accommodation!

very nice hotel just reformed, all new and modern.. rooms are like apartments, large (bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen and luggage storage closet). An excellent location, next to the entrance of the subway, in front there is a supermarket open almost 24hs. In the subway there is a currency exchange house (with an excellent exchange rate). free shuttle service to some places is super practical. We will be back for sure
